主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,广州市科技计划项目1项,建筑安全与环境国家重点实验室暨国家建筑工程技术研究中心开放基金资助课题1项和多项与企业合作的横向课题。参与“十三五”国家重点研发计划重大专项1项,国家自然科学基金青年基金1项;发表学术论文近40篇,SCI 23篇,其中JCR一区18篇,JCR二区2篇,JCR三区3篇,EI检索7篇;已授权发明专利2项,实用新型专利1项;作为副主编主撰写机械工业出版社出版的《空调冷热源工程》;参编2019《广东省居住建筑节能标准》,任广东省制冷学会副秘书长,《制冷》杂志责任编辑,Building and Environment, Energy and Buildings, science of Total Environment, International Journal of Refrigeration, Science of the Total Environment, Sustainable Cities and Society, Indoor and Built Environment, Journal of Building Engineering, International Journal of Disaster Risk Reduction等多个国际SCI期刊的通讯审稿人。
